Kids BJJ for Ages 7–12 in Oviedo

Nelumbo Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers structured Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Oviedo for children ages 7–12.

Students develop confidence, discipline, fitness, focus, coordination, and practical self-defense while learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, progressive environment.

Beginners are welcome, and instruction is adapted to each student's age, size, and experience.

What Kids Learn in Our Jiu-Jitsu Program

In our Kids BJJ classes, students learn:
  • Fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu positions
  • Escapes from holds and grabs

  • Movement, coordination, and agility
  • How to stay calm and think under pressure

All techniques are age-appropriate and taught step-by-step.
