KIDS JIUJITSU PROGRAM

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed for children ages 7–12 who need confidence, discipline, focus, and real self-defense skills. At Nelumbo Jiu-Jitsu Academy, kids learn in a safe, structured, and positive environment where effort, respect, and teamwork are reinforced every day. This class is ideal for school-age kids who need better focus, confidence, and a positive outlet for their energy.

What Kids Learn in Our Jiu-Jitsu Program

Kids BJJ Class Structure

Students are grouped and guided based on age, size, and experience so that everyone can train safely.
